Yoga and Transformational Inner Work
My connection to Spirit
Yoga was utterly transformational for me and opened both my heart and mind to the interdependence that binds us all as One, and my responsibility to that connectivity through demonstrations of love. Teaching yoga is one of the ways I demonstrate that love.

My classes are an embodied transformational journey that utilizes a variety of healing tools, including yoga asana, breathwork, mantra, traditional and contemporary philosophies, conscious intention, ritual, and prayer to create an internal healing experience that aligns us with Source and awakens us to love.
Retreats give us the time and space to meet our inner selves without the distractions of our daily lives and responsibilities. It allows us to turn inward, practice self-care, remember who we truly are beyond the usual roles we play, and reconnect with Spirit. These retreats also introduce us to new and unique cultures, people, art, food, and nature and allow us to experience the beauty, wonder, and uniqueness that exists throughout this amazing planet.
