Travel to Thailand or Cambodia does not require a visa. You do need a valid passport, good for 6 months from date of arrival, and proof of your return/departing flight. Upon arrival, you will receive a 30-day tourist visa.
IMPORTANT: Your passport must have at least six months validity remaining after your date of entry into Thailand and Cambodia.
There are no required vaccinations for travel to Thailand or Cambodia. However, there are some recommended (suggested) vaccinations given by the CDC. We get hundreds of travelers each year who go on retreat alone. If you are traveling without a friend or partner, but prefer to share your room, we will do our best to match you with another traveler of the same gender. If for some reason, we are not able to match you with a roommate, a single supplement will apply.

Yes, private airport transfers are included in the price of your trip whenever you arrive, day or night. Note: if you arrive early and decide to stay at an alternate location other than our group hotel, you will be responsible for coordinating and paying for your own transportation directly with the hotel where you will be staying.
Attendance varies from trip to trip, but 12 to 25 attendees is a general average.
No, gratuities are not included in the price of your program. Through out the week you will have guides who will be assisting you on each of your excursions. We recommend $5-$10/person per day for guides and drivers and $5-$10/person per day for hotel staff.
Yes, all levels are welcome. You will find that wherever you are in your practice, you will get just what you need out of the yoga classes on this retreat. International Yoga works only with experienced and extremely qualified teachers, which ensures that everyone's yoga needs will be met.
Breakfast is included in the cost of your program. Lunches and dinners are not included but, there are many wonderful and affordable off-site restaurants where you can dine. You can plan for lunches & dinners to cost approximately $10 - $40/person. There will also be special activities including a cooking class and farewell dinner which will be included in the price of your program.
All payments to International Yoga are non-refundable & non-transferable. The purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended to ensure you are covered should any unexpected event arise. A personal, political, environmental or weather-related incident or pre-existing medical condition may prevent or interrupt your travels. These events are rare but do occur and underscore the importance of being covered by travel insurance. Should you elect to not purchase travel insurance, you will be assuming 100% of any costs incurred for trip cancellation or trip interruption. TravelEx and World Nomads are two reputable organizations. There is a broad spectrum of policies and options so make sure you are clear on what exactly is covered.
All retreats include a $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. If you cancel prior to July 16, 2018 we will refund your payment minus the non-refundable deposit. All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable after July 16, 2018. International Yoga must strictly adhere to its cancellation policy to offset costs incurred prior to the commencement of retreat.
