Given the complexity and extremely limited number of spaces at our handpicked luxury accommodations, we strongly suggest placing your deposits as soon as possible. 

You will book your international ticket into and out of Marrakesh (airport code: RAK).

There are no group airfares, as we will have people joining us from all over the US, with some arriving early, some arriving late, some using miles, etc. We are happy to provide guidance and review any itineraries you find. Please contact us before purchasing flights, and as always, travel insurance is strongly recommended. 

American citizen visitors to Morocco do not need a visa if they are traveling as a tourist with a valid U.S. passport. You will be issued a visa upon arrival, which is valid for up to 90 days.

We get hundreds of travelers each year who go on retreats alone. If you are traveling without a friend or partner, but prefer to share your room, we will do our best to match you with another traveler of the same gender. If for some reason, we are not able to match you with a roommate, a single supplement will apply.

If you prefer to have your own private room, a single supplement will apply. 

Yes, please bring your own mat in addition to blocks and a strap if you use props during your practice.

Yes, private airport transfers are included in the price of your trip. Note if you arrive early and decide to stay at an alternate location other than our group hotel, you will be responsible for coordinating and paying for your own transportation directly with the hotel where you will be staying.

Attendance varies from trip to trip, but 15 - 25 attendees is a general average.

We will be staying at gorgeous luxury hotels chosen for their gorgeous design, location and quality of service. We've used them all for groups in the past to rave reviews. Please contact us at [email protected] for details!

Yes, all levels are welcome. You will find that wherever you are in your practice you will get just what you need out of the yoga classes on this retreat. International Yoga works only with experienced and extremely qualified teachers, which ensures that everyone's yoga needs will be met.

International Yoga strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. A personal, political, environmental, health or weather-related incident may arise that can prevent or interrupt your travels. If you do not purchase travel insurance you will assume 100% of any costs associated with the cancellation/ interruption of your retreat. 

While we cannot advise on specific travel insurance policies, we recommend looking at plans through the reputable travel insurance provider, Travelex. The FAQ section at the bottom of their website is quite helpful, and they have a number you can call as well. 

Note that to guarantee maximum coverage, most travel insurance providers require that you obtain a policy within 10 - 15 days of placing your initial deposit.

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip. The final balance payment is due by June 4, 2025. If you cancel before the final balance deadline we will refund any payments you have made, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you do not complete the payment on your own by that date, the card on file will be automatically charged your remaining balance. If you register for the trip after June 4, 2025. the full amount is due at sign-up.  All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after June 4, 20255. International Yoga must strictly adhere to its cancellation policy to offset costs incurred before the commencement of the retreat. Click here to view the Terms and Conditions to which you agree upon registration.  Travel is strongly recommended!
