No, if you are planning to stay in Indonesia for under 30 days, the Visa on arrival is free and also the departure tax is waived. 

If you plan to stay longer then 30 days, you will need to obtain a Visa before leaving the US. For more information on this please visit the Embassy of Indonesia website.

IMPORTANT: If your passport expires within six months of your arrival date to Indonesia, please be sure to renew your passport before you go to avoid any issues at immigration. There are no exceptions.

Yes, private airport transfers are included in the price of your trip. Whenever you arrive, day or night you will be met by a private driver and transported to the group hotel. Note if you arrive early and decide to stay at an alternate location other than our group resort, you will be responsible for coordinating and paying for your own transportation directly with the hotel where you will be staying.

There are no required vaccinations for travel to Bali. However, there are some recommended (suggested) vaccinations given by the CDC. To see the complete list of what is recommended please visit the CDC Website and consult with your primary care physician to make a decision on what is best for you. 

Nestled on the hillside, between sky and earth, in the middle of verdant rice paddies, our charming eco-lodge is waiting for you! Traditional Javanese huts are remastered in a modern fashion to make your bedroom a uniquely beautiful and comfortable place. Resort facilities are designed for guest comfort and needs, from 24 hours front desk service, swimming pool, spa, restaurant, fully equipped yoga shala, and wifi internet access. 

 All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, mosquito nets, and windows that can be opened to soak in the Balinese breeze.

Breakfast & lunch are included daily. The restaurant at our eco-resort offers culinary delights of European, Asian and Thai cuisine, as well as healthy raw food. The specialty menu is based on daily market delivery.

Gratuities are not included in the price of your trip. Service charge is included in all restaurants-bars etc, however if you receive exceptional service by staff, housekeeping or other employees helping you throughout the week then an additional tip is always appreciated. We suggest a budget of around $5-$10/day per guest.

We get hundreds of travelers each year who go on retreat alone. If you are traveling without a friend or partner, but prefer to share your room, we will do our best to match you with another traveler of the same gender. If for some reason, we are not able to match you with a roommate, a single supplement will apply.

All payments to International Yoga are non-refundable & non-transferable. The purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended to ensure you are covered should any unexpected event arise. A personal, political, environmental or weather-related incident or pre-existing medical condition may prevent or interrupt your travels.  These events are rare but do occur and underscore the importance of being covered by travel insurance.  Should you elect to not purchase travel insurance, you will be assuming 100% of any costs incurred for trip cancellation or trip interruption. TravelEx  and World Nomads are two reputable organizations. There is a broad spectrum of policies and options so make sure you are clear on what exactly is covered.

A $500 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your participation in this retreat. The final balance payment is due by December 10, 2020 and we will send you an invoice and a link to complete payment approximately one week in advance of the deadline. If you do not complete payment by the due date, the card on file will be automatically charged on December 10, 2020, unless you advise us in advance of that date in writing that you are canceling. As provided in our Terms & Conditions all payments made by December 10, 2020 are final and non-refundable/non-transferable.
