You will book your international ticket into and out of Paros Airport (airport code: PAS). If you wish to arrive a day early to settle in and get acclimated, we can request additional nights at our group accommodation. Please contact us directly for pre-night stay rates.

As of April 2025, U.S. citizens traveling to Greece for tourism do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period.

IMPORTANT: If your passport expires within six months of your arrival date to Greece, please be sure to renew your passport before you go to avoid any issues at immigration. There are no exceptions.

Group airport transfers are included in your trip price. Once you provide your flight details, we will arrange a private airport transfer for you. Mythic Paros is approximately a 10-minute drive from Paros Airport.​

Please note: We offer transportation only on the first and last days of the retreat program (October 4th and October 11th). If you plan to arrive earlier or stay beyond these dates, you will need to arrange your own transportation to or from the resort.

All breakfasts and 5 dinners are included in the price of your trip. Any additional lunches should be included in your planned budget.

Yes, spa services are available. The resort's Cavo Senso Spa offers a variety of treatments, including deep-tissue, hot stone, sports, and Swedish massages, as well as detoxifying body treatments and revitalizing facials. These services are designed to promote relaxation and holistic well-being.

Gratuities are not included in the price of your trip. Gratuities are shared by staff, housekeeping, or other employees helping you throughout the week, and then an additional tip is always appreciated. We suggest a budget of around $10/day per guest. 

We love solo-travelers and we have hundreds join us every year on retreat! If you prefer to share your room and are traveling alone, we will do our best to match you with another traveler of the same gender. If we are not able to find you a roommate for the room category you initially booked, we may need to move you to an alternate rooming type. In some cases, a discounted single supplement fee may need to be applied to your invoice. We will communicate this directly to you via email before your departure.

At International Yoga, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect yourself and your investment. Unexpected events—such as personal emergencies, political or environmental factors, health issues, or weather-related disruptions—can arise and may prevent or interrupt your travel plans. Note that because we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, you will be responsible for 100% of any costs associated with the cancellation or interruption of your retreat should you choose not to purchase travel insurance. 

While we do not provide recommendations for specific policies, we suggest exploring options through the reputable travel insurance aggregator, InsureMyTrip. They can help you find a provider and policy that best suits your needs. For maximum coverage, we advise purchasing travel insurance within 7–10 days of placing your initial deposit.

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip. The final balance payment is due by July 1, 2025. If you cancel before the final balance deadline, we will refund any payments you have made, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you do not complete the payment by July 1, 2025, the card on file will be automatically charged your remaining balance on that date to secure your space on the retreat, unless we have advised otherwise. If you register for the trip after July 1, 2025, the full payment amount is due upon registration. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after July 1, 2025. International Yoga must strictly adhere to its cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
