HILLARY SKIBELL

Hillary believes the true
force behind yoga lies in its
power to connect us with the
deepest parts of ourselves.
As we build more strength
and freedom in the body, we
naturally cultivate more clarity
in the mind and openness in
the heart. Weaving together
principles of alignment with
a meditative flow.

Hillary offers her students
a physically challenging
practice, embraced with
heart and spirit. With
emphasis on breath, core
and subtle body awareness,
each class draws on the
inner experience to uncover
what’s possible on the mat
and beyond. Along with her
studies in Vinyasa Flow,
Anusara, Yin Yoga and
Meditation.

Hillary’s style draws from
her integrative approach
Breathing Room, synthesizing
yoga, life coaching, & design
to harmonize the inner
landscape of the body with
our outer environments
and daily lives.

Join me this fall on a special yoga journey as we venture away to come back to our core, unwinding the tightly held patterns of conditioning to return to our innate sense of joy and freedom. Called “A Sanctuary for the Soul,” Haramara is a tranquil haven perfect for inspiring healing, growth and connection.

Yoga will be offered two times a day, combing a stronger meditative Yin/Restorative practice to expand our inner capacity and open both the physical and subtle body. The mornings will begin with an invigorating, challenging class, while the afternoon sessions will be deep yet relaxing, ending with a longer meditation and time for retown of Sayulita, venture to the beach, or simply take rest in the company of the ocean breezes and soothing sounds of the Paciwaves.

Weaving in music, poetry, philosophy, & silence, it will be a week of celebration and introspection. Come still the mind, open the heart, and attune to in
