YOGA
IN BALI
BALI NOVEMBER 13- 20, 2010
It’s time to rocket your practice into a new dimension and practice in Paradise! We will practice yoga twice a day and you will have ample free time to explore traditional Balinese massage, dances, art classes, cooking classes, local markets and nothingness. There’s sacredness that will overflow your spirit with the richness of tradition and a passion for life that is Bali.
Each room at this high end resort has its own private pool filled with natural water and the on-site spa offers a full range of rejuvenating treatments. The beautifully designed yoga pavilion faces verdant, green rice paddies and the food is fabulous.
Be prepared to detox and rejuvenate and let the rasa flow freely. Les’ studies and ceremonies are steeped in Forrest tradition, having completed Ana Forrest’s teacher training. Additionally, Les has completed several trainings with Tias little and has learned much of his alignment and technique cues from Tias, has a firm foundation in the 8 Fold path of Buddhism which complements the asana practice with a sense of grace and elegance that allow you to take classes whatever your yoga experience and whatever traditions you have in your own life. |
